That really makes a huge difference in the appearance, and I'm sure it will help a lot with the accuracy of my future drawings. I hadn't realized how big of a difference such a small movement in its placement would make. Unfortunately, though, I don't think I could completely erase the existing lines enough to be able to move the entire forearm to the left. I'm pretty sure it would tear up the paper, and still leave ghost lines where I wouldn't want them. I think the softenning of the shadows I did before this upload are about as far as I can take it without redrawing the entire picture.
