Description
The corset is made from two core layers of coutil, with a dupioni silk cover. The contrast stitching and flossing was made with upholstery thread. The boning is 1/4" and 1/2" wide spring-steel flats. The busk is a 10" busk with a backing bone. Edging is bias-cut contrast silk fabric. Quilted gores are three layers of coutil and one layer of dupioni silk.

Hi! I read the tutorial you made for the quilted hip gores that had this corset in it, and then I followed the link here, and I have to say that this is an absolutely gorgeous piece of work! I'd love to commision a similar pattern for a corset someday when I'm a little more experienced in sewing them. I just finished my first one! 
Also, do you know if it would be very difficult to add embroidery on top of the gores? I think that, along with some lace trim would make for a very fine "fancy" corset.
